YOU'RE NOT ALONE, EITHER

You didn't cause it. You can't control it. But you're not powerless.

Families are often the first to reach out, and the most worn down. Whether your loved one is ready for help or still resisting it, there are real steps you can take today. We've walked this road with hundreds of families, and we're glad to walk it with you.

What you can do right now

Small, steady steps matter more than one perfect conversation.

1

Reach out first

You don't need your loved one's permission to call us. Get your questions answered so you're ready when the door opens.

2

Talk with someone who understands

Our team has walked this road with many families. Call and you'll find encouragement, honest answers, and real hope, not judgment.

3

Set loving boundaries

Supporting someone isn't the same as enabling them. Healthy boundaries protect you both and can open the door to change.

4

Take care of yourself

You can't pour from an empty cup. Lean on your church, a support group, and people who understand what you're carrying.

5

Keep the door open

Agreeing to get help rarely happens on the first try. Staying connected, even from a distance, keeps a path home in view.

6

Pray and don't give up

Send us a prayer request and our team will pray for your family by name. Change is possible, and hope is not naive.
