At Western Michigan Adult and Teen Challenge, our Internship and Residency programs offer immersive, real-world ministry experience within a Christ-centered recovery environment.
Whether you are a Teen Challenge graduate seeking to grow in leadership through our Internship Program, or a college student or recent graduate exploring a call to ministry through our Residency Program, these opportunities are designed to develop your gifts, deepen your faith, and prepare you for lasting impact.
Each program is unique, tailored to its audience, focus, and format. Both provide hands-on ministry training, leadership development, spiritual growth through discipleship, and a behind-the-scenes understanding of Christ-centered recovery.

Take the Next Step in Faith and Leadership
Our 2-year Internship Program is designed for those who’ve completed any Adult & Teen Challenge program and are ready to grow in Christ-centered leadership. Gain hands-on ministry experience, spiritual depth, and training to lead in the church and community.
