The Residency is an immersive ministry experience for current and recently graduated college students. This application helps us get to know you: your experience, your faith, and the focus area you feel called to. Take your time and answer honestly; a team member will follow up personally once you submit.

We review your application and a team member reaches out, usually within a couple of business days.

We talk through your experience, your calling, and which focus area fits best.

Together we plan next steps, from interview to start date.

The Residency is for current and recently graduated college students. If you've completed an Adult & Teen Challenge program instead, the Internship may be the better fit, or revisit the program page.
